Near the strict doctor's lab coat has twenty squares of yellow color on four pieces in a row. Behind each of them some kind of encrypted image with the subject matter of medicine. Check exactly where the same cone or silhouettes of doctors, click on them, turn over, and if they really look identical, that will remain upside down to end the game.
