Here is an icy mountain on which you want to go down for the maximum time. In the upper part shows the number of downed penguins position, speed and range of motion. Grab a few snowflakes and throw them on the penguin. If the throw as it should, then the penguin will knock down and unfold it in place, and therefore lose all that speed.
